Job Profile : Tour Executive Key Responsibilities: Knowledge of handling Domestic School trips. Geographical and destination knowledge Dealing with School Principal enquiries and aiming to meet highest level of students safety during trips Dealing with Suppliers, Operations, and Negotiations section with our Product Manager Operational duties start to end process of the trip Ability to Communicate Effectively and independently Strong Empathy and Understanding Charismatic Personality Keen Ability to Improvise and Adapt Focuses on Building Rapport Must have a passion for travel Tour Manager duties Knowledge of EXCEL PPT WORD MIS REPORT Qualification : 3 to 5 years experience in Tour management, preferably in the travel industry. Added advantage if have previous experience of handling school trips.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong technical aptitude and skills to quickly grasp new work schedule
Superb communication skills, including writing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Graduates in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent
English fluency (communication skills)
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work on your own or in teams
A love of travel
