Role Description
As a Trainer with CollegeConnect Education Consultants, your role involves instructing TOEFL & IELTS exam preparation, ensuring teaching methods reflect the organization's vision, and conducting IELTS classes for students aiming for international education opportunities.
- Should be teaching IELTS including spoken English to the students.
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
- Should be able to conduct mock tests for the candidate to judge their class requirement or to guide them for their weaker section to perform well in their IELTS exam.
- Should be able to suggest number of classes and modules to the student during their demo classes.
- Closely monitor students' progress and guide them with a proper prep plan to help them accomplish their target scores.
- Must demonstrate a highly professional approach toward preparing and following the session plans and communicating with the students and their parents, as you will be interacting with people from a diverse range of age and professional background.
- Prepare and deliver seminars, workshops, webinar for both academic and promotional requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation in relevant field with proven work experience of 1 to 5 years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language is a must.
- Must have mastery over the core content and subject matter of these tests.
- Certified trainer will be preferable for this opening.
