Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of the IELTS examination and its scoring system.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Previous experience in training or teaching is a plus.
• Certification in IELTS training is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to students on IELTS preparation.
• Design and develop training modules based on the latest curriculum.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them achieve their goals.
• Conduct mock tests and give feedback to students on their performance.
• Monitor and track student progress and provide timely updates to management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the IELTS examination.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve training programs and materials.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment for students.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
