This is regarding the job opening with our Company -Skillible (Emerging Edu Tech Company ).We are looking to hire a Training Manager /senior manager role. Role: Training Manager /Sr Manager Location- Noida Experience - 5+yrs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Position type: Permanent Industry - Only Edu tech exposure will be consider (Current Exposure) About Skillible: Skillible is a rapidly growing EdTech company transforming the landscape of skill development and education. We empower higher educational institutions and government bodies with innovative solutions to bridge the gap between academia and industry needs. As we expand our B2A (Business-to-Administration) model, we're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join us as a Training Delivery Manager/Sr. Manager to lead and develop our team of trainers. Position Overview: As a Training Delivery Manager/Sr. Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training programs delivered through our B2A model. You will be responsible for managing a team of trainers, overseeing curriculum development, and implementing best practices in training delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, training, and team management, with a passion for driving excellence in learning and development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: - Recruit, onboard, and train a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training programs. - Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to trainers to ensure their professional growth and development. - Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture that promotes excellence in training delivery. 2. Curriculum Development: - Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive and engaging training curricula aligned with industry needs and Skillible B2A goals. - Ensure training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and effectively support learning objectives. 3. Training Delivery: - Design & develop Training Delivery Plan - Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they meet quality standards and learning outcomes. - Monitor trainer performance and provide feedback to enhance training effectiveness. - Continuously assess and improve training methodologies and delivery techniques. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Government State Skill Development Mission & academic institutions , industry partners, and internal teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that address specific requirements. 5. Performance Evaluation: - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and trainer performance. - Analyze training data and feedback to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement. -The ideal candidate shall possess proficiency in utilizing NPS/CSAT methodologies to maintain and enhance teaching quality. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in education, Training & Development, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus. -5+ years of experience in a training or instructional leadership role, ideally in the EdTech or related industry. - Proven experience in training program management, curriculum development, and team leadership. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners and trainers. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
