Job Title: Training & Auditing Manager Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training & Audit Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales training programs, delivering engaging training sessions, coaching sales representatives, and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs): • Develop and Implement Sales Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales representatives. • Deliver Engaging Training Sessions: Conduct interactive and informative training sessions for both new hires and existing sales representatives, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. • Coach and Mentor Sales Reps: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to help them improve their performance, overcome challenges, and achieve their sales targets. • Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in the sales training program and sales processes. • Stay Up-to-Date on Sales Methodologies: Keep abreast of the latest sales methodologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the sales training program. • Plan, Lead, and Execute Internal Audits: Develop audit plans and lead internal audits of the sales department to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. • Review Sales Processes and Controls: Review sales processes, controls, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. • Identify and Assess Risks: Identify and assess risks associated with sales activities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen internal controls. • Recommend Process Improvements: Make recommendations for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of the sales department based on audit findings and best practices. • Report Audit Findings: Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company standards. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
