Job Description

Profile Summary

At SPACE we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate and Sales Trainer having expertise in delivering and executing impactful training programs to enhance employee performance and drive organizational success. The position aims to assess training needs, develop effective training modules, and provide valuable feedback to improve employee performance and increase the overall growth and outcome of the organization. The candidate shall possess a strong background in sales, leadership development, and other corporate training.

KRA's

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams such as sales and product to understand organizational goals, product updates, and recent market trends.
  • Development and Delivery of Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering various aspects, including product knowledge, client management core sales principles, and leadership development.
  • Training Need Identification: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
  • Creation and Maintenance of Resources: Develop and maintain a repository of collateral, presentations, playbooks, and other resources to empower and support the team with all training materials.
  • Facilitation of Meetings and Workshops: Coordinate and conduct regular meetings and workshops to reinforce training concepts, share best practices, and encourage collaboration among team members. Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of training techniques.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Play a key role in the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition and providing effective training.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and analyze performance metrics to make continuous improvements.
  • Feedback Gathering and Process Improvement: Actively seek insights and feedback from the team to identify areas for improvement in sales processes, tools, and resources.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and enablement to ensure the team remains competitive and skilled.

Knowledge

  • Education - Any UG/PG Degree
  • Experience - Minimum 4 + years experience as a Trainer and at least 3 years in sales (preferred)
  • Experience in monitoring and improving training plans and their effectiveness
  • Preferred but not must - Should be able to complete sales cycle starting from pitching to closure

Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Should be excellent with reports and data management including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Online class conduction platforms, and Google documentation overdrive.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to create and maintain organized resources
  • Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
