Job Description: Placement Officer for Management Institute.

We are looking for a Placement Officer to join our team at Jaro Education, a leading management institute, with a primary focus on ensuring successful student placements in Corporate. Responsibilities will include: • Collaborating with industry partners and facilitating student placements in the All sector, ensuring job placements of all students. • Proactively seeking out new organizations and opportunities for placement tie-ups through strategic alliances. • Providing counseling to students, setting realistic expectations, and guiding them through the interview and onboarding process with prospective employers. • Developing and nurturing relationships with students, helping them prepare for interviews, and supporting their transition into the workforce. • Gathering valuable insights from employers regarding new market trends and training requirements. • Handling student grievances and ensuring their resolutions in compliance with our norms. • Organizing regular placement activities, including interview drives, industry talks, industry visits, job fairs, and more. • Maintaining placement records and related documentation to meet audit requirements. Job Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in the placement of Students. • Prior experience in placing students in a student-paid model. • A strong network of HR relationships with companies in India. • Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients, generate job vacancies, and coordinate interview processes. • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
