Transport Manager for School (Job Vacancy)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transport Incharge for our school. As a Transport Incharge, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all transportation activities to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of students to and from school.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Plan and schedule transportation routes to optimize efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Coordinate with drivers and other staff members to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students.
• Monitor and maintain the school's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet all safety requirements.
• Manage and update transportation records, including driver logs, maintenance records, and student transportation data.
• Collaborate with school administrators and parents to address transportation-related concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with transportation regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in transportation management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety guidelines.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
