Title:- Travel Desk ( 6 month Contract )

Location:- Bangalore (Onsite)

Position Overview:

The Travel Desk professional is responsible for coordinating and arranging all aspects of corporate travel for employees within the organization. This includes booking air travel, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including air, hotel, car rental, and other related services
  • Research and identify cost-effective travel options while adhering to company travel policies and budgets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel rules, regulations, and policies
  • Assist travelers with obtaining necessary documentation (e.g., visas, passports)
  • Manage travel emergencies and disruptions, providing prompt resolutions and alternative arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and invoices
  • Liaise with travel vendors and negotiate preferred rates and discounts
  • Provide travel guidance and support to employees before, during, and after trips
  • Monitor travel trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Generate reports and analyze travel data to identify patterns and areas for optimization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a travel coordination or related role
  • Proficiency with travel booking systems and office productivity tools (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, MS Office)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of travel industry regulations and best practices
  • Familiarity with corporate travel policies and procedures
