We are looking for a UI/UX Faculty or Assistant Professor to join our college/university. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and developing courses in the areas of user interface and user experience design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to helping students succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and teach courses in UI/UX design, including topics such as user research, user experience design, user interface design, and usability testing.
- Develop and maintain course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assignments.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students in the UI/UX design program.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Participate in departmental and college/university activities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in UI/UX design, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
