Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced USA Visa Interview Trainer to join our team at Leverage Edu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and guidance to students preparing for their USA visa interviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US visa application process, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help students succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customized training programs to help students prepare for their USA visa interviews.
• Conduct mock visa interviews to simulate real-life scenarios and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Keep abreast of the latest visa policies, procedures, and requirements to ensure the training materials are up-to-date.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to address individual student needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and refine the visa interview training curriculum.
• Track student progress and outcomes, and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students, fostering confidence and readiness for their visa interviews.
• Act as a resource and point of contact for students and employees seeking guidance on visa-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visa counseling or related field, preferably with a focus on the USA visa application process.
• In-depth knowledge of various types of US visas, including student visas, tourist visas, and work visas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience In Conducting Training Sessions Or Workshops Is Preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
