Unit4 HCM Senior Consultant (Job Vacancy)

JOB TITLE: Unit4 HCM Senior Consultant LOCATION: Noida & Bangalore ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ ROLE PURPOSE: As a Unit4 Senior Consultant you are responsible for working with GBS Internal finance stakeholders through all stages of implementation, leading system design workshops, providing application consultancy and training, providing advice and guidance on business process, and assisting the customer to achieve the optimum solution to meet their business objectives using Unit4 product features. Role and Responsibilities: • Knowledge of any HCM product. • The candidate must be willing to participate in Unit4 product training in order to become the subject matter expert, who will be responsible for delivering end to end product features for GBS • Implement the Unit4 HCM Product and modules to meet GBS requirements. • Lead and participate in workshops in relation to their solution design. • Analyse requirements and proposed business processes, translating these into a documented Solution Design, using Unit4 standards. • Make recommendations relating to business process re-engineering needed to accommodate the successful implementation of the HCM Product set. • Contribute to on-going product development by identifying common Customer requirements and feeding these enhancement requests into the Unit4 product development process. • Participate in and be responsible for the QA of configured test systems to ensure that the Solution Design has been implemented as specified. • Implementation expertise across Unit4 HCM modules like HR, Payroll, Talent, People Planning & Analytics, Compensation, Absences. • Implement security across the Unit4 system using the RBAC and industry best practices. • Implement reporting, workflows, & other Unit4 technical features. • Expertise into AG16 scripts and API integrations. • Support GBS business as usual activities. • Act as Lead Consultant when assigned to this role overseeing and co-ordinating the work of workstream Consultants. Skills & Requirements • Extensive expertise in HR systems and processes. • You will have an in-depth knowledge of our Unit4 HCM software modules and associated products. • Minimum of 2 full cycle implementations of Unit4 HCM • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant study or significant relevant experience in this sector. • Excellent Business Analysis, communication, presentation, leadership, time management and inter-personal skills. • Ability to effectively lead workshops and presentations to a mixed audience containing differing levels of seniority and experience. Desirable Requirements • Knowledge of Higher Education. • Knowledge of the Operations environment. • End user training in a large corporate environment.
