Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with university partners and client relationships.
Identify opportunities to discover new markets while nurturing existing partnerships.
Research on Global university intelligence to help Gedu partnership team to expand globally.
Maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment, marketing trends, monitoring enrollment trends and reporting on all phases of recruitment process to the Head of Operations.
Manage post partnership process to maintain university partnership and relationship.
Manage key channel accounts and partnerships to achieve enrollment targets for all university partnerships
Organize a database of prospective clients with relevant client details.
Execute an efficient and streamlined processes for all stages of the recruitment process (inquiry, application, assessment, offer, acceptance, visa applications, orientation, etc.) with strong focus on conversion of inquiries to applications to offers to enrolments
Ensure all communications between the University partners and student recruitment team are managed in the most time-effective manner.
Qualifications
Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a well-reputed institution (experience in international education and master's degree or MBA is preferred).
At least three years of experience in business development and must have experience in Overseas education. Experience working with a study abroad education agency is a must have.
Be a subject-matter-expert on target market Europe.
Expertise in institutions, admissions requirements, and visa processes for destination countries.
Skills
Strong process knowledge of the overseas education market (application process and visa process, major players, industry trends)
Knowledge of MS-Excel and data analysis.
A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of ownership.
Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate between cross-functional teams
