Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • University Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external universities and partners.
    • Cultivate partnership with the university owner and mine for new degree partnerships
    • Cultivate partnership with the admissions team for smooth functioning of admission process between Collegedekho and the university
    • Act as a liaison between the university and Collegdekho to address their needs and concerns.
  • Student Walk-ins Management:
    • Coordinate and oversee student walk-ins at the university, providing information and assistance to prospective students.
    • Ensure a welcoming and informative environment for students and visitors.
    • Converting leads into admissions in the Collegedekho partnered degree programme. Should be able to manage sales target for admissions
    • Should have experience in a CRM and should ensure timely reporting of admissions done including keeping the right documentation from the student
  • Student reporting post admissions:
    • Take responsibility of reporting of students to the campus before the start of the programme.
    • Ensure constant connect with the admitted students with content, conversations and counselling to facilitate reporting.
    • Should be able to clear parent doubts, conflicts in terms of fee payment, loans etc.
  • Academic understanding and support:
    • Be the connect between the central academic team and the university academic team of each university.
    • Have an understanding of the university credit systems, semester and subject mapping in a curriculum according to UGC regulations
  • Invoicing support and collection:
    • Support the finance team in student count, invoice management and collection
    • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing
    • Ensure timely collection of money against invoices raised to the university.
    • Monitor and manage the collection of fees and payments from clients and students.
    • Implement strategies to ensure timely and complete payment collections.
  • Handling Escalations:
    • Address and resolve issues and concerns escalated by students, clients, or other stakeholders.
    • Work collaboratively with relevant departments to find effective solutions.
  • Student Outreach and engagement:
    • Develop and execute outreach programs to attract and engage potential students.
    • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to enhance student engagement effort.

Qualifications:

  • A post graduation degree in management is preferred. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service.
  • Strong admissions experience with university and ability to do sales management and reporting independently
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with invoicing processes and financial management.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively.
  • Prior experience in a university or educational setting is a plus.
