Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as VARC Faculty at Toprankers in New Delhi. As a VARC Faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring high school students in the Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC) section for various test preparation programs. You will create lesson plans, deliver lectures, conduct practice sessions, and provide guidance and support to students to help them excel in their exams.

Qualifications

• Strong command over Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred
• Knowledge of various entrance exams and their VARC sections
• Ability to connect with and motivate students
• Patience and understanding to address students' queries and concerns
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Literature, or related field
• Certifications in teaching or education are a plus
