About The Role

We’re hiring an exceptional Verbal Trainer for our GMAT and GRE Online Teaching programs

Responsibilities

As part of the CrackVerbal Academics team, you will do 3 things:

• Content Creation:
• Creating content from scratch level, for different requirements of the role.
• Mentoring:
• This role also expects you to support students through email, and online forums. It is a lot easier to explain while talking, writing the same explanation can get very hard. On other days, you may need to explain to a student why his score is not improving. Figuring out the problem is usually half the solution, but it is usually the more difficult half.
• Teaching:
• As a CrackVerbal Faculty, you would be teaching along with the best trainers in the business (the average GMAT / GRE scores of our faculty is in the 95%ile range).

What we teach is fixed, but how you teach it is up to you. We want you to bring your personality to the teaching practice at CrackVerbal.

Key Skills

Either a GMAT score of 750 or above/or 99 percentile in CAT. or

1-2 years of Experience in Teaching GMAT/CAT.

Willing to work on weekends with Mondays being the weekly off

Must Have Skills

• Willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills and the ability to multitask
• First principles-thinker and creative problem-solver
