Your Role: As a Vice President / General Manager - B2B Sales, you will play an integral role in liaising with key stakeholders and lead B2B sales for Indian and overseas markets.

Location: Remote initially. Office will be based in Delhi NCR. Only Delhi/NCR candidates should apply. This role will also offer opportunities for international and domestic travel.

Compensation: Best in the Industry

Requirements:

  • Successful track record in B2B Sales is a must. Good to have experience in the B2B K-12 sector.
  • Prior experience in leading teams of at least 5 members is mandatory.
  • Total work experience of over 10 years.
  • Candidate location should be Delhi / NCR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for leading the business division, hiring and managing your team independently:

  1. Leadership & Team Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, lead and coordinate the team on assigned projects.
    • Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and monitor deadlines; Lead and implement team goals or objectives.
    • Perform quality checks, monitor team performance and report on metrics.
    • Determine training needs; provide coaching.
  2. Lead Generation, B2B Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
    • Generate new business leads, identify and contact decision-makers. Screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics for Indian and overseas markets.
    • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
    • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
    • Develop effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  3. Strategic Planning and Data Analytics:
    • Develop and implement the Sales and Marketing Strategy.
    • Recommend new Sales Strategies based on market review and optimize return on time investment.
    • Drive the process of planning for the growth of the Organisation, in the direction the mission and vision.
    • Use a data driven approach to set goals to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and scale the business.
  4. Market Research, Product Strategy and Quality:
    • Coordinate sales effort with management, accounting, logistics and technical service teams.
    • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Make recommendations for improvements in the work process.
    • Collect, evaluate and respond (as appropriate) to Client feedback.
