Core Responsibilities:

Strategy and planning:

• Develop the overall marketing strategy for building the GR brand and its sub-products in different segments of students, universities and regions in India and outside
• Build the annual marketing budget and execution schedule
• Continuous refinement of the strategy and plan based on user research and business goals

Execution:

• Drive the execution of the marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional leads
• Conceptualize and drive the execution of high impact campaigns
• Ensure the brand consistency and coherence in execution of plans
• Identify top-quality vendors, service providers that will further enable marketing outcomes
• Track and report on budget/plan Vs actuals to the Management Group

Team development:

• Build a high performing team that works in alignment with the GR culture
• Ensure that the team members are aligned on understanding of the markets, users, strategies and plans
• Guide every team member to learn and grow and take on bigger responsibilities

Qualifications: MBA from a Tier ½ Business School with an undergraduate degree in engineering or sciences or Math will be preferred but it is NOT MANDATORY, if you are self-taught and if your experience demonstrates your proficiency and skills required for this role.

Skills and Experience:

• 12-15 years of experience in marketing/outreach in higher-education/ed-tech sector
• Experience in early-stage/growth-stage start-ups in the education sector will be preferred

Location: Gurugram

Compensation: Commensurate with experience with a Fixed + Variable + Stock structure: CTC range: INR 50 lacs to 75 Lacs.
