(GTVET), specializing in facilitating schemes such as NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme), NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme), contract staffing, and embedded degree programs for industries across India. GTVET is on a mission to democratize technology-enabled learning, further education, and skills development, with a special focus on reaching those at the bottom of the pyramid. Job Description: Lernern is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, with over 12 years of experience managing key marquee accounts and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a strong network of existing client accounts. This key leadership role will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering client relationships, and achieving ambitious growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership: Develop and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and performance expectations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results. 2. Client Acquisition: Identify and target key marquee accounts within the industry. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to win new business and expand our client portfolio while managing existing client relationships. 3. Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery and support. 4. Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 5. Headcount Management: Oversee the delivery of manpower and candidates, ensuring the successful placement of 5000+ candidates in various schemes and positions. 6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to develop strategies for growth and differentiation. 7. Contract Staffing: Drive the growth of our contract staffing business by identifying industries and clients in need of temporary workforce solutions. 8. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to develop a high-performing sales team. 9. Business Development: Proactively seek out and explore new business opportunities, including bringing in new client accounts and projects. 10. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to the executive leadership team. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales and business development in the manpower and talent solutions industry. • Proven track record of managing more than 2000+ manpower resources across multiple client accounts. • A strong network of existing client accounts in the industry. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • In-depth knowledge of NAPS, NATS, contract staffing, and embedded degree programs would be preferred. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Results-driven mindset and a commitment to exceeding targets.
