Visa Documentation Consultant - New Zealand & Australia (Job Vacancy)

RBS Intellect is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Study Abroad Visa Process Consultant to focus on visa lodgment support to lodge documents. As an advisor based in Delhi, you will act as a liaison between Indian students, agency partners and institutions in New Zealand, guiding and supporting them through their study abroad journey. Key Responsibilities Sales operations Support  ·       Providing inputs to improve the process. ·       Supporting and working to reply to agent and counsellor queries. ·       Calling the prospective leads of agents or students ·       Processing the documents for admission with the support of the admission team Visa processing Support ·       Support the collection of visa documents from students and partner agencies. ·       Discuss and prepare visa files as and when required. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, international relations, counselling). • Previous experience in educational consulting or study abroad advising is preferred. • In-depth knowledge of New Zealand's and Australia's education system and study opportunities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Cultural sensitivity and empathy towards the needs of students from diverse backgrounds. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
