Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver instructional material related to video editing techniques and principles to UG Students
• Conduct live or recorded workshops to educate UG students on best practices in video editing.
• Provide constructive feedback on students' video projects and guide them in improving their skills.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance the educational value of video content.
Key Skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Proven experience in teaching or conducting workshops, especially in a higher education setting. Attention to detail
• Ability to pick out attention-grabbing shots
• Knowledge of basic editing principles
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, storytelling, and visual communication.
Qualification:
Master’s degree in film production or sound and video editing/videography/audio production/ film history/advanced cinematography/digital post-production.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in video editing
