Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Waldorf education principles and methodologies in teaching grade 1 and 2 students.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrate arts, movement, and academics.
• Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that fosters holistic development.
• Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall well-being of students.
• Assess student progress through observation, informal assessments, and written evaluations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Waldorf education principles across the curriculum.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of Waldorf education.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
• Support the school's mission and values through active participation in school events and activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
