Educational Initiatives is hiring for a Senior Zonal Manager who will head and manage its B2B business for the South and East region in India.
Candidates with extensive experience in B2B Sales from Edtech, Product, Telecom, Insurance and Banking having managed a large team are welcome to apply.

Role description (KRA)
• Interact with CEO/ Owners of Large group schools (Managing National strategic accounts personally).
• Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management and Teachers to create and service the demand for EI offerings.
• Would be accountable for managing the activities in co workers area, deliver assigned sales goals and related objectives from the strategic sales plan.
• Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly.
• Communicate product schemes and offers to the regional managers and ensures their implementation.
• Travel to key cities of zone.
• Look after the implementation of activities and analysis of current culture present in team
• B2B direct selling with mix of supervisory and direct sales.
• Level for building a prospective client database.
• Planning and structuring the business and team
• Managing a team and motivating them, drive soft skill sensitivity in existing team members.
Qualifications / Requisites:
• Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing)
• 10-15 years of experience in B2B Sales / Educational Sales
• Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Has worked as people manager / Team handling experience
