Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  A. Faculty Management: (i) Policy Reviewing: Regularly review and suggest updates to SOPs, guidelines, and job descriptions. (ii) Implementing Policies Across Branches: Ensure consistent implementation of updated policies across all branches within the designated zone. Collaborate with branch managers to facilitate a smooth transition to new policies. (iii) Reporting:  Report daily, weekly, and monthly to the reporting manager on RAG, KPI/KRA, and resource utilization. Conduct internal branch audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and guidelines for academic department operations. (iv) Academic Quality Assurance: Coordination with Faculty, Branch Manager, and Curriculum & Development team to ensure the standard academic quality throughout the zone.  Maintaining the checks to ensure all the key features of the asset product and services are being followed by the ground team by visiting all the Branches of your zone. Address academic-related queries from students, parents, and faculty. B. Manpower Management: (i) Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Collaborate with HR to create job descriptions, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions. (ii) Assignment of Work: Distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members based on roles and expertise. Analyze data for optimal resource utilization (infrastructure, manpower) while maintaining quality standards. C. Resource Budgeting: (i) Budget Preparation Develop annual manpower budgets based on organizational needs and growth plans. (ii) Branch Expense Audit: Ensuring Compliance with defined Expenses Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to defined expense policies. D. Synergy Assurance :  (i) Conducting Team Training on Process/Flow Updates: Organize training sessions to educate the team which includes Receptionist, Back office executives and faculty Team on updated processes and workflows. Provide clear communication on policy changes and their impact on daily operations. (ii) Monitoring KPIs: Analyze performance data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. (iii) Planning Performance Improvement Programs (PIPs): Develop and implement Performance Improvement Programs (PIPs) for underperforming employees. Ensure fair and consistent application of PIPs across the zone. E. Centralized Grievance Management (Team/Students) (i) Identifying Pending Requests: Regular visit to respective zones/branches to collect all kind of feedbacks. On-site review and categorize grievances for efficient resolution. Directing Requests to Appropriate Points of Contact (POCs) Reviewing the Students feedback during physical visit to Branch (ii) Expediting Solutions: Monitor the effectiveness of solutions and make adjustments as needed. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of pending grievances. Assuring Students, Parents and Team satisfaction using open window feedback. The candidate should be willing to engage in any additional tasks assigned by his/her Reporting Manager based on their capabilities, contributing to the improvement of both the organization and personal growth. The candidate must be capable of visiting various branches regularly to ensure that operational quality standards are upheld. Education and Work Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. A master's degree will be a surplus. • Must have more than 3 years of relevant experience in operations management/execution, preferably in a multi-location or zonal capacity. • Require a deep understanding of IT education firms and a strong passion for enhancing the Indian education system. • Strong will to frequent visit and audit the branch operation physically on a regular interval. • Ability to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting. • Ability to propose updates to SOPs, guidelines, and job descriptions and ensure their consistent implementation. • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategies. • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks within specified timelines. Budget : Upto 6.5 LPA
