Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator (Primary) to join our school in Chennai T.nagar and near to this location also . The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for providing academic support to students, teachers, and administrators. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing academic programs, monitoring student progress, and providing guidance and support to teachers and administrators. The Academic Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with parents and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement academic programs and initiatives to support student learning.
  • Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support to teachers and administrators.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and administrators in the development of curriculum.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and administrators in the development of assessment tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and administrators in the development of instructional materials.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student attendance.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and administrators in the development of professional development plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student behavior.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and administrators in the development of school policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve school culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and administrators in the development of school improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve school safety.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and administrators in the development of school-wide initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve school-community relations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
