The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and analytics, along with proven teaching and communication skills. The Data Science Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and courses to empower individuals and teams with the knowledge and skills required in the field of data science. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver comprehensive data science training programs, covering topics such as data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization. • Create engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of data science to ensure the training content is current and relevant. • Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, adapting teaching methods to different learning styles and audience needs. • Provide mentorship and guidance to participants, helping them overcome challenges and enhance their practical skills. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific training needs and customize programs accordingly. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements. • Actively participate in the data science community, attend relevant conferences, and contribute to the company's thought leadership in the field. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, or data science. • Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. • Previous experience as a trainer or educator in a professional setting, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with data science libraries and frameworks. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of training participants. • Knowledge of popular data science tools and platforms (e.g., Jupyter, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.). • Certifications in data science or related fields are a plus.
