The individuals need to be students in their 2nd last/final year of graduate education or working professionals who have completed their graduation in any field of study (arts, commerce, engineering, management etc.). What Will You Be Doing? - You will first undergo 10-15 hours of training by SkillSphere’s training department in order to become a trainer. These training sessions shall be conducted online, and involve some level of homework that needs to be done by you between sessions! - Conducting SkillSphere Education’s online educational programmes/knowledge-oriented events/initiatives on a case to case basis as mutually agreed upon. You will be conducting these for students of different age groups based on provided curriculum and orientation. Our online educational programmes are conducted as short-term workshops or as long-term ones. What Should You Be Good At? - • Communication skills: You must be able to speak freely and confidently with any person right from 8 to 80 years of age. • Public speaking: While we don’t expect you to be a Barack Obama, you should not suffer from stage fright or a complete lack of confidence when it comes to speaking in front of crowds. If this is not a problem, don’t worry about other nuances of public speaking.
